Thank you for shopping at Agoge. We want to ensure your experience with us is satisfactory, and we’ve outlined our Exchange and Refund Policy below to assist you in making informed decisions regarding your purchases.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances:
Lost or Stolen Orders
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or stolen during transit, we will initiate a refund promptly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. We require prompt notification to assess the damage and process a refund. After this period, we cannot accept refund requests for damaged items.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including but not limited to:
Items marked as final sale.
Personalized or customized items.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
How to Request a Refund
To request an exchange or refund, please contact our Customer Support team at nour@theagoge.me with your order details and the reason for your request. We will guide you through the process and assist you accordingly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve paid for your order via cash, you will receive a cash refund. You should receive your refund within a few days of requesting it. If your refund is late, please contact us at nour@theagoge.me
If you’ve paid for your order via debit or credit card, you will receive a card refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for ONLY for clothing items & shoes in the following circumstances:
Size Exchange: Customers may exchange clothing items or shoes for different sizes of the same brand. However, exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
Conditions for Exchanges
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are permitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
Only CLOTHING ITEMS & SHOES of the SAME BRAND are eligible for exchange.
Delivery Charges for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with exchanging items for different sizes. Please note that delivery charges for exchanges will apply, and payment must be arranged prior to dispatching the exchange order.
Non-Exchangeable Items

International exchanges & refunds
To return your product from a different country, you should mail your product to Ghanem Carpet Center, Near Saray, Aley, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/ exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
